My chicken isn't laying in the nesting box how do I get her to lay in the nesting box?

Use dummy eggs to show her where to lay her eggs. It can take a new layer a few weeks to get the hang of laying eggs. In the meantime, they will lay whenever, and wherever they feel the urge.
