my chicken pooped this any ideas?

my one month old chicken pooped this weird thing any ideas?
they were just at the vet yesterday for having trouble in a sudden change in diet and having an impacted crop that killed 3 even tho we went to the vet and they all had injections to help and IV fluid

It looks like stool that has a lot of fibrous material in it. There even could be some old blood. Are you providing chick grit appropriate for their age? What are they eating? Did the vet check their droppings for coccidiosis?

Looks like chick has trouble digesting fiber, like grass?
Maybe your chicks are lacking grit.
