My chickens are numbering their feathers

    I gave them a sharpie to do so. It looks like high winds this evening.

    Hahaha....we had 60 mph winds one night last week and it scared the eggs right out of a couple of the hens...i found 2 soft ones under the roost next morning. It's windy here a lot. Like that planet Luke Skywalker grew up on, Tatooine.

    Okay, well that makes sense. You ought to apply some sort of clear adhesive after they mark them because sometimes sharpie will wash off.
