My chickens have coccidiosis

    My chickens have coccidiosis and I will be treating them with corid.i was wondering can I use the eggs?

    Corrid functions as a thiamine blocker - unless you or someone in your home has an existing issue regarding thiamine absorption in your diet consumption of eggs with the minimal amount that may pass through to the eggs should not pose a danger. Some folks will abstain from consumption out of an abundance of caution, but that is a call each must make for themselves.

    I do believe I read that the FDA says zero day egg withdrawal when treating with Corid.
