Thank you! That's exactly what I was thinkingI’m thinking slow maturing cockerel, cockerel, pullet, pullet, pullet, and cockerel.
Possibly a cockerel, cockerel, pullet, pullet, pullet, and either a fast maturing pullet or a cockerel (iffy on that one as i have a hen that looks similar with that comb of the same breed. ) Also, very pretty bunch you have there, love them.
I have also heard that about brahmas! Thanks for your input, I hope I'm that lucky to get 5/6 hens. I'll definitely be waiting for them to crow!At 10wks, I see only the #6 as a cockerel ... Brahmas are slow developing but the Wynadottes should be showing red at 10wks. Just guessing but best to waif to that crow although I learned pullets/hens crow on occasion
Thanks for your input, I originally thought the last one was a pullet but now I'm not so sure. Time will tell! And I'll keep an eye on the hackle/ saddle feathersPossibly a cockerel, cockerel, pullet, pullet, pullet, and either a fast maturing pullet or a cockerel (iffy on that one as i have a hen that looks similar with that comb of the same breed. ) Also, very pretty bunch you have there, love them.
Edit: They're almost at the age were their hackles and saddles should start to point for the roo's, keep an eye on that.
