Start intergrating? When I say "start" I mean let them in a pen while the bigger chickens free range, then after a week or two let them 'out' together.
(Sorry. I know I asked this before, but that was a while ago )

I think they should be fine at this point. Just be sure they have a place to hide it the other hens start to get aggressive.
