My chicks foot is on backwards?!

Still can't tell by the pic. Try splinting the "backward " leg
and add Riboflavin (B2) to the drinking water.

For what

I may be wrong but I dont think a vitamin is going so turn a foot 180 degrees to correct it

Looks like a leg bone deformity.
Sadly legs like this generally can not be corrected, even with vitamin therapy and splinting.

Personally, I would cull the chick. Not what folks want to hear, but better than watching a chick struggle to thrive for days/weeks only to have to put them out of their misery later on.

thank you everyone for your help. we have sadly decided we are going to take him to the vet and put him down as he has got worse over night and we can tell he’s in pain.
we are really upset but know it’s the best thing to do.
thank you all very much you have all been a massive help

I'm sorry about the chick

Having a vet take care of him is good, but sometimes a vet may not always be available right away, so learning how to cull yourself so the bird doesn't have to suffer needlessly while waiting for an appt. is a good idea. For chicks, this is the quickest method that I have found. You may want to look this article over and save it future use.
