My chicks foot is on backwards?!

thank you everyone for your help. we have sadly decided we are going to take him to the vet and put him down as he has got worse over night and we can tell he’s in pain.
we are really upset but know it’s the best thing to do.

Having a vet take care of him is good, but sometimes a vet may not always be available right away, so learning how to cull yourself so the bird doesn't have to suffer needlessly while waiting for an appt. is a good idea. For chicks, this is the quickest method that I have found. You may want to look this article over and save it future use.
