My chicks have a yellow mouth and face with red spots. Please Help!

I don’t have a definite opinion on what is going on with your chickens. How hot is it where you are? You probably do not have mosquitoes around yet in Normandy, right? The yellow around the beak might be the start of canker or trich, a protozoan infection carried by pigeons. The spots on the face may be from peck marks that have pus in them. But if you had mosquitoes out now, I might think the beak and skin had fowl pox. We see that more in late summer and fall here. The yellow skin overall, makes me think there is a liver disorder. I would do some more research, and possibly see a vet.

Thankyou for your advice.
Do you have any ideas for a treatment?
No mosquitoes at the moment. But we do have pigeons in my garden.
Thankyou all so much!

Well, if it's Canker, most treat with Metronidazole. I don't know if you can order it online like we are able to in the US or if you need to go through a vet.
Acidified copper sulfate can be used in the water to help prevent spread, but canker is contagious and birds are carrier.
It's very hard to know if it's canker or some other illness, getting some testing would be your best option.

I looked at the pics close up. It looks like scabby skin caused from scratching.
Have you thoroughly inspected your chickens for lice or mites? Especially inspect the vent area. Then go out to the coop at night with a flashlight and see if there are mites crawling around on the roosts and legs of your birds.

Well, I did try cleaning it with surgical alcohol, and it did clear up a tiny bit. And i did think that I saw some blood. I do see the two male chicks fight from time to time. Like sizing up to each other. Maybe they have been fighting and their wounds have got infected thus causing the yellow/swollen face ? What do you all think?
Thankyou

Are there more of those yellow patches inside the beak, on the tongue, throat, roof of the mouth?
