My Rhode Island Red chick is standing weird it is leaning on one leg and sticking the other one out and it loses it's balance but it walks fine and I looked at the leg it looks normal to me. But I don't know what's wrong it hatched about 3 days ago and the other is doing fine

That is a condition called Spayed leg caused by a streached or slipped tendon. I have corrected it with two zip ties and a small rubber band on pigeons.
After threading the zip ties through the small rubber band place the two zip ties around each leg. Then loosely tighten the zip ties so they can not be pulled off the leg over the toes. The good leg with the help of the rubber band will keep the spayed leg in place and give the tendon time to shrink back to it's normal size in time.

Click on these links you will get other ideas on how to remedy the problem and there are even more solutions on you tube

Thanks for the info she's doing great
