My chicks new home

Just bought 6 5 week old barred rocks from a local hatchery. Brought them home to their new coop which I made almost entirely out of pallet wood

And they seem to really enjoy it. They are eating and playing like crazy. Plan on letting them out a little later for some playtime.

When you say pallet wood, do you mean pallets you took apart? I'd love to make a better coop for our 5 big girls out back since theirs is falling apart (the door is falling off). If I can do so out of pallets, that would be awesome!

That is awesome! Great coop. Are there places that will let people have pallets for free? I've worked for Walmart before and that was a huge no no
