okay I had recently posted last week about 22 RIR chicks that we ordered from a BYC member in Georgia, well they were 1 day late(guaranteed by noon, express mail)/Lets just say something happened BC they arrived dead but 4 made it.Well he is trying to make it right for us and shipped again yesterday, they were to be here by noon again BUT they are missing again.I am so tired of trying to play this postal game of who has my chicks.

Oh no! That's really too bad. I'm sorry to hear that. But, you're right, it's not a good idea to ship week old chicks! Maybe he put some grow-gel in there for them or something. I hope so. I hope they arrive ok.

I am so sorry you are going through this but I have to ask...why would you want to have chicks shipped this time of year and why would the seller try to ship in this awful heat? My gosh they stand very little chance of surviving if they do not make it there overnight.

I sure hope they make it. If they do not make it alive, why not consider talking to the seller about a replacement shipment in a month or so when the weather cools a bit.
