they are spilling there food every where and i think the one rr is using it as a dust bath and my br is sleeping standing up. is this normal

YES that is veryyyyy normal!!!!!!!! lol that is exactly what my chicks do! Thats what chicks are best at....making a mess(but ya gotta love them!). You could put a brick under the feeder to keep it cleaner

Perfectly normal. If you have a plastic trough-type feeder with a lid with holes for their heads to poke through to get the feed, they'll waste much less. Chickens are very messy birds. Good luck!!
