Run looks pretty cool....mighty sturdy for sure!
Why the metal panels?
What's the roof of it made of?

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Thanks for the help. The roof of the coop inside the run is made of shingles. I out the metal on there just for looks and I'm in MI

It does look beautiful. I imagine it will block some of the snow and cold wind, too. And hold in your run bedding as that grass turns to only dirt.

Understand that the coop is roofed with shingles but how did you cover the run? Can't tell in the pictures... Or is the run itself open on the top?

Sorry for the late response! I covered the run with chicken wire and then under that I put in a sun shade for some shade for the ladies.

I wanted to say thanks for the great idea, I see you used/reused roofing metal on the sides. I have a ton of that laying around, never even thought of that. Thanks
