My dad won body-for-life!!!

My dad won his category for body-for-life!!! Go to bodyforlife.com and you'll see at the top a picture of the grand champion, if you click on the corner it'll flip you over to 2 other pics, click it again and you'll see my dad. His name is Ron. I'm very happy for him.

lol, speckled!! He did it in twelve weeks, he is only in the gym for 3 hours a week and he does cardio 1 hour a week. Sunday is a free day, you get to eat anything you want, as much as you want on Sunday.

You eat 6 MEALS a day, usually something like steak, potatoes, and salad is a meal.

Congratulations to your dad and your family! I am hoping when my husband gets home and reads the article on your dad it motivates him to move back towards the healty life-style he has abandoned in the past few years. You should be very proud!

lol, I am!!! He had actually lost 20lbs before doing the program, if your husband decides he'd like to do something then I could give you my dads cell # and he could call him.
