My daughter won 3 first places at the 4-H poultry show today!!!!

I couldn't go cause I had to work, but one of the judges called me and told me the good news. She won 2 blue ribbons, a plaque, AND a trophy! She showed buff silkies. I have to try and get some eggs from that breeder so we can show some more next year. She is so thrilled. I just wanted to share this little bit of happiness with everyone. Oh, and this was her FIRST YEAR in 4-H!

She is so excited. She is already planning out which birds she wants to take, and which breeds she still wants to get so she can take them. Her sister is excited now too. But she wants to take ducks, not chickens.
