One peeped back and he's ecstatic. Hopefully tomorrow hatching!

[IMG] Why are on BYC then? It sounds like you could have total control of the remote right now. [IMG] Hurry before hubby gets tired of chirping!

Sounds like he has the bug like the rest of us! I know I frequently cheep at my eggs.

I too am guilty of making noises when the babies start hatching. When it gets close to hatching time, I make Momma hen noises to see if I can coax a response. I've noticed that when I make encouraging momma noises to pipping eggs, the chicks tend to hatch a little faster.

It works! It really does [IMG] I started chirping at my eggs at lockdown since yesterday morning and a few of the eggs started to jiggle around! I love it when they start chirping back at you.

    Wonderful!

I was also in the "cheep-cheep" club when those little darlings started to pip. Unfortunately, my son's sense of humor forced him to respond from across the room, "Expensive!" every time I "cheeped" at the incubator. Funny kid. Got annoying pretty fast...
