My dominant hen is pecking my other chickens

Hi,

My dominant hen has been pecking my other chickens, and she never does this. I really don't know why. Would anyone be able to help me? One of my chickens is missing a lot of feathers around her bum area.

My dominant hen normally pecks my other hens, but she never pulls feathers. Something my friend does to stop hens from pecking is by making a newspaper coverup and putting it on the pecked area (I don't know how she does it). Otherwise it is pretty normal for hens to be pecked when they are low on the pecking order.
