my duck cant walk

hi, I have some duck problems, so my baby duck hatched two days ago but a sack came out. but the baby duck was laying on its side for the first 24 hours of its life or more. and now he cant walk with out falling to the left side of his body im sad cuz he cant walk and he really wants to start walking. but in stead of walking he is crawling. but the sack did not come off yet. and he trys to walk but he crawls. HELP WHAT TO I DO

If you can post a pic, that would help... but sounds like it still has a yolk sac still attached to him? Not ruptured, I hope? If so, then he needs to stay still until he finishes absorbing the yolk... you DO NOT want that to fall off, as if it is torn open at all he will more than likely not survive, at the least it could get infected...
If it is yolk, set him up in a small cup with steep sides so he can't get out and damage it... once it is absorbed, then he can try walking... hope this helps and good luck!
