Hello there and welcome to BYC! [IMG]

So sorry your duck has not returned. If they go broody and have a clutch of eggs somewhere, they will disappear for the entire incubation period. You might go on a duck hunt and see if you can't find her somewhere. She may turn up in a couple weeks when the ducklings hatch, if that is where she is.

Stop by our ducks section also to chat with other duck owners, share pics and stories about your birds...https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks

Good luck and I hope she comes back soon!

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about ducks (although I've had a few), but I have to admit that ducklings are the ultimate in cute. Definitely post on our duck link that TwoCrows has given you and take advantage of our duck experts there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. I hope your duck comes back. Good luck.
