My duck is limping

My harliquin is limping, she has a sore on her foot, any ideas what it could be or what to do? I think there are little sores too. Ive cleaned it and sprayed it with disinfectant, but it is on the bottom of her foot so it just gets dirty again.

It sounds like it may be bumblefoot.

I think it is, thank you for mentiining that. Im going to try soaking it in epsom
