So.... I have two roosters with 6 hens ( about to be 1 roo with 4 hens) and my mom is telling me that you can't eat eggs that have been fertilized. I SWEAR I saw somewhere that you can... and I dont just want an answer from google, but I want peoples' opinions on eating fertilized eggs... And does it matter when you get the eggs? My girls are still pullets even though the oldest is SEVEN MONTHS OLD and is just lazy :p

Fertilized eggs are just as yummy as non-fertile ones. As long as the eggs are removed daily, eat 'em up![IMG]

You really can't tell the difference. Try 'em with hollandaise.
