my eggs are churping!Day19 is that normal?Update-Happy Birthday to us!

I can hear my eggs-How long now? I thought they were due March 2nd but could it be March 1st? (its my birthday and that would be so cool)
My hen is sitting on them and I thought I would use a flashlight to see if I could see something-all dark but I didn't realize til I was putting them back with momma-then I held it to my ear and heard the egg.

It is normal. It means the chick has pierced the membrane inside the egg and is breathing air now. A rough pattern is peeping on day 19, pipping on day 20 and hatching on day 21.

Momma is so sweet! she let me lift her to see babies this morning! She is a little nervous but not mean at all.
It is my 46th birthday and now I get to share it with our bitties!
(but if anyone asks-I'm 42)
