my eggs are starting to hatch a day early

This is my first time incubating eggs and two of my duck eggs are hatching today they aren't supposed to until tomorrow is this ok? Should I worry about it? Please any advise would be much appreciated

Sometimes an incubator is actually running a little warmer than the thermometer indicates, sometimes they will pip early and not hatch for another 24 + hours. I doubt that you have anything to worry about.

So one of my eggs has pipped on the small end what should I do?

I've had a white leghorn rooster hatch upside down before. I had to eventually help him out. He grew up fine but was crazy as a loon. Making weird noises all the time and would fly up in the air for no reason. Loony Larry we named him

So far I have 4 ducklings...yay...but one if the first ones to poke its bill thru the shell isn't moving that was two days ago it cracked the shell and poked its bill out and hasnxt moved since I'm not sure what to do if I should help or not
