My eggs. What color egg is this? *pics*

    Here are my eggs from my RSLs and a mystery hen. One of the eggs is have a very dark brown/ light olive color

    the one on the left is different from the mystery hen, the top is a white one (store bought) the right is a RSL egg

    At what age did your RSL start laying? I'm curious...mine is 16 weeks so I was wondering if I should start keeping an eye out for an egg [​IMG]

    The color of the eggs varies quite a bit with my sex-links, too. Sometimes a get eggs that are a mauvey-brown color - they're quite pretty. And some are so light that they are cream-colored instead of brown. But they all taste goooooood! [​IMG]

    Oh my. I guess I am old. Do you know who Barry White is/was? It's not nearly as funny when I have to explain it. HAHAHAHA! He has a very deep, sexy voice and sings songs about sex. Ugly as can be, but that VOICE!

    I may be mistaken but she kind of looks like a Brown Leghorn. And Leghorns lay white eggs. that one is mostly white....

    I think shes a brown leg-horn too.
