My Father tells stories about how everyone use to Open-Carry their pistols when he was a kid growing up in Mexico. My grandfather use to open carry his pistol into town, just like in the black-and-white movies.

Then, a law was passed that forbid you to Open-Carry your pistol into town, without it being registered. You could either register your pistol or you could leave your pistol at home. My grandfather registered his pistol and kept on Open-Carrying into town.

Several Presidential Terms later, the city cops came to my grandfather's home for you-know-what.

Now, as an adult, when I visit my grandfather's land, only the Cartels Open-Carry into town.
