My female ducks are getting hurt!!!!

My Janey is limping horribly, and is bloody and raw under her wings. My other females are bloody and raw under their wings too. Their feathers are frayed, id there anything at all i can do??? I have five females and four males. Please help me. I feel so bad. I started out with one female and five males, i got them when they were ducklings so i didnt know. Ive been getting more females. I just hate seeing them so hurt!

I would definitely separate the females as soon as possible. For every drake you should have at least three females.
