My first coop (pics)

I converted part of my old shed into a coop. With the exception of the wire, I used only scrap and recycled materials. Total cost = less than $100. The only thing I need now are some chickens (they should arrive 6/23)


 
looks good what types of chicks ar you getting? Make sure that they can get to the nest boxes if they are layers. If babes than you need an rearing area for them.
 
How coooool! I'm glad you included pics of the inside, that's where I need some ideas.

I am getting 18 week old RIR's, so they should be able to get into the boxes. If not, I will add a ramp.
 
Nice, big sized coop! We also made our coop for next to nothing. We got a lot of our materials free from Craigslist. We even got some old, antique barn windows, which I love!

That's awesome! I love it when people can put together something for such little cost. Your chickens are going to adore living there.
