So, we ate our first muscovy for dinner last night. Didn't do anything fancy, just did it in the rotisserie oven. For the first one we really wanted to taste the meat and not do sauces or anything. OMG it WAS SOOOOO GOOD. I thought it was sort of like a good roast beef. I was so proud of myself for cooking it perfectly. And after getting over the trauma of my first ever butchering day:p, (I didnt actually do the butchering, Snakeman did it and let me go shopping. My brother is in FLorida and after a few phone calls to check about them ducks, they said they were fair game. I don't know how he cooked his either , but he said they were really good !
My sister in law said it was funnier than anything to see them chasing them ducks through the neighborhood [IMG]
