Now that's a good idea except for the fact that we got kitty cats that like eating small birds....any other ideas for decorative stumps?

Or you could get some mushroom spores and "infect" the stump and raise your own 'shrooms. Or you could cut it flat to the ground with your chainsaw, like most folks.
