Hi,I have three call ducks,1 drake and 2 ducks. In the last week 1 of the ducks,or maybe both have started laying eggs around the garden with no interest in sitting on them.I would like to have some chicks from the girls but i am not up on how to encourage them to sit.Looking on the forum i think i will try a BUCKET NEST in the duck house and see if they use it.
If anyone can gide me along this interesting/entriging road then i am all ears!thanks.[IMG]

The ducks will make a nest and lay in it when they are wanting to set. You can't make them. It sounds like they are just laying eggs because it is what they do and are not ready to set yet.
