What I found out helps me every time! I read it somewhere. Roll the eggs to peel them. Don't "crack" them on the counter or bowl. Roll the egg on the counter to break the shell. Pressing down a little. They peel almost perfectly eveytime! Day/week old. I use my pressure cooker and cook them perfect everytime. Into an ice cube bath with cold water for 30 minutes if possible. No less than 10 minutes.
Make sure the eggs you’re using are at least two to three weeks old, room temperature and add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the water. Also, an Instapot works amazingly well for hard boiling eggs; way less cumbersome and super easy to peel.
We steam our eggs. Place your steamer basket in the pot add enough water to come to the bottom of the basket. Add eggs once water begins to boil start timer for 15 min. Remove eggs and put in cold water. Once cool enough to handle, peel them. They peel better if they are still warm.
