I just was talking to my friend and I told him I got my first two eggs today. He let me in on some secret egg farming info! "You do realize that fresh eggs don't last as long as ones you buy at the store..." I asked him why and these are the three reasons: 1. They give the chickens drugs to make the eggs last longer. 2. They make the chickens have a 29 hour day so the eggs get thicker. 3. The eggs are put through a pasteurization process. How can I compete with factories like that?
