My "girls" are worrying me - Balvaders & Rhode Island Red

So confused as to whether these "girls" really are girls .
Balvaders are 12wks - the smaller one has flashes of green in their neck but the other one is huge with tree trunk legs.
The Rhode island red is 10wks and has some beautiful green feathers under the brown
We've had chickens before but not these breeds.Please help

Pullets. By Balvaders, do you mean Barnevelders? Also, the iridescence doesn't mean anything. Girls always can have that.

All pullets. And it's Barnevelder, not balvader.

Oh oops yes , sorry . Really , that's good to hear . I was convinced I was going to have to find three Roosters a new home
I run a Family day care and the children are already pretty attached.
