Ok so here are my GLW babies. I have color marked the photos.

Green dot: shorter tail, more reddish brown in head and chest, reddish flat comb.

Blue dot: longer pointy tail, darker head and chest, brown flat comb.

They are both about 5 weeks old. In the side by side pictures you can definitely see the different feather/lacing patterns. My instinct tells me that green dot is a boy and blue dot is a girl. Blue dot’s name is Bellina and green dot was Lola but now that we think it’s a little boy the name is Jackson. Thoughts??? F11D433D-A919-43BA-A136-B4C3FFA462B3.jpeg

Tough call but I think you are correct. I'm judging by the back and shoulders, which don't seem to have as uniform of a pattern as the other bird. But definitely give it a couple more weeks before making any decisions about rehoming.

Yeah I’m gonna give it a little
Longer to be sure. They just look so different from each other, that’s also what makes me think one is a boy. We aren’t sure about rehoming yet. It was never our intent to keep a rooster but we are exploring our options LOL

Green dot is a Cockerel. Not quite sure on the other. It could be as well. Please post pics of its comb at 7 weeks.

Not seeing any patchiness of plumage yet, only clear, defined lacing. Could still be a pullet, just a fast-developing one. I wouldn't be so hasty to rehome quite yet, if you're able to hold off. :)

I'm pretty sure yours is a pullet.
