My gorgeous rooster! Is he a RIR? I can't tell!

Received this rooster from a friend. He is so beautiful. I'd like to buy some hens the same breed for future breeding. Any experts that can identify him?

He does look like a hatchery Rhode island red. His feet look a bit off, is it mud or are the scales raised.

They are raised! Just applied some alcohol and Vaseline to them last sunday and they look so much better! Think he needs another round though

Production Red. Color and shape are way off for a breeding quality Rhode Island Red.

Interesting! Yeah in the second picture he is crowing, in case that changes how his shape looks. Maybe I will be Production and RIR chicks!
