My hen has a swollen face, waddles and neck, PLEASE HELP!

I just came out into my coop to feed and water my flock when I noticed my one and only daily egg layer being abused by one of our dual purpose roosters. She has scratched up side and the top of her head has a big gouge in it.
What do I do!?!? This is my first year with chickens and I'm at a loss, she is very dear to us. She is a production red Sex link, or a new Hampshire red.
Please any thing would help!

I cleaned then and have vetricyn on her wounds now but I don't know what do I do about the swelling? :-(

I have her on probiotics and electrolytes as of now, should I poke her waddles and relieve some of the fluid or just let it go down on its own? Also is it safe to have her near my other birds?
