MY hen has growths on the tops of her feet! HELP!!!!!!!!

I have an americana hen with growths on top of her feet and she's limping? At first I thought it was a build of dirt chicken poop so I soaked her feet and it came right off but her feet then looked as if the tops had been hollowed out with a mellon baller and bled like crazy. I put antibiotic ointment on them and they seemed to heal up but now they'er back. What do I do now? Any help will be greatfully appreciated.

Also, she may have scaly leg mites. Good luck and I hope she gets better quick!

Thank you for your reply but she doesn't have any thing on the bottom of her fet and noth seems to look like those pictures. I am going to talk to my vet but anting else you can think might help thank you again
