My hen punctured her eye..........

Hi, My hen punctured her eye right where the white and the iris meet. I have given her ARGRYMICIN for 4 days and topical med Vigamox. Any one out there have words of wisdom as to what else I can do for her. I know she will loose the sight in that eye, sigh.
She is eating and drinking but is quiet and steering clear of the rest of the group. I think she might have gotten pecked.

I had a sweet roo that the same thing happened to him. Got pecked by one of his brothers. I healed up fine on its own but he never was able to see. He got pecked in his cornea. The eye heals very quickly on its own due to the high response of the immune system in this area, after all survival depends on being able to see.
