At 6.5 months old my hens are still not laying eggs. Is this normal?

I feed them layer pellets and some mix of corn and other grains (40 lb bag from Walmart) they always have enough water and food. Although the coop and run is small they have a mount 200 sf of grass where they roam all day

I agree, it should be soon!
This seems like a very marginal diet; to much calcium for pullets not yet laying eggs, and likely too low protein levels, at least.
If you feed layer at all, it should be after all the pullets are laying eggs. Most grain mixes are meant as treats, not a balanced diet.
Do you have the names of the feeds? Mill dates? And assays? I'd love to know!

I don’t have that info. But what should I add to it
