My June born geese are laying!!!Questions.....

Why so early...They started Christmas day.....Daylight is still so short here.....Is this a quirk?

I grabbed their eggs, certainly don't want them to brood now!

Is this normal?

Will they continue to lay up to May like the others do or will this shorten their laying season?

Any ideas?

Everyone is having a weird year. One of my July babies has been laying. Soooo strange.

I have two Embden geese, 1 male and 1 female and the female started laying about November and is still laying a few eggs now.
