my little chicken Warts... Hen?

Her name (i hope its a her) is Warts... because she has tons of growths on the bottom of one of her feet, which really worries me... but she is my favorite and very friendly... always talking to me... im really hoping shes a hen... any opinions? shes 8 weeks about
