At what age can they go outside? I live in minnesota and its still getting down in the low 40's at night.

I live in Arkansas where it's a bit warmer. I've been told you should wait until they're all feathered out before they're left outside. That's what I did this April when we had some 40 degree nights. I also made sure they had planty of shavings and hay to bed down in if they needed it.

I would agree. I usually wean them off the light inside then put them outside when they are fully feathered. Or at least everything feathered but their heads.

Not sure, they are fully feathered and one can kind of fly enogh to get out of his box.
