This is Todd he jumped between me and a coyote, and charged at it giving me time to fire off a few bullets from my 22. Time to get a bigger gun to pack. He won't let me off the porch with out being by my side.

If that coyote was starting to be habituated to humans, as in, thinking of attacking you, I'd hunt it down.

    Seriously.

Good boy, Hope he gets a nice steak or something special. May I suggest a 12 gauge with #4 buckshot. Cures a coyote problem fast.

Yes I'm investing in a 12 gauge soon. It worries me that it didn't want to leave too quickly. Todd is one of the best beagles I have ever owned. Thanks for allthe nice comments about him. His dad was a german beagle, and his mom was a tri colored. I'm thinking I may need to find him a girlfriend because he is getting older, and my last beagle.
