    x2!! I love big silkies though. More fluff to cuddle with :love She is really something else! Looks very different/better than my partridge girl Ida. [​IMG] My Ida is the smallest chicken I have! I have 2 other female silkies, and Ida is tiny compared to them. She also hates human contact. She is so unsilkie like :lau

    At this point I didn't know. Now that I have more experience with the breed I can tell at an earlier age. Sometimes around 3-4 months, roosters will start to get little streamers on their head...and eventually they'll start to crow. Unfourtunatley with mine...I had to wait till he crowded[​IMG]
