my mandarin ducks are still in their molt should i be worried for their health?

my pair of standard mandarin ducks are still in their molt and it is already half way through august should i be worried for their health?

Not at all. Many breeds are still molting into their Nuptial plumage.

No i have older ones molting back and younger ones haven't even started.

do you know when they may come out of their molt my male has some white feathers poping up on his shoulders, and thanks for the help
