My March Rooster is looking grown up.

I need to get better pictures but I’m really pleased how my Orpingtons came out. I ended up out of my 6 with 3boys and 3 girls. I kept 3girls and a boy .

Here is the boy . The cage in the background is a growout pen for my silkie crosses.

Yes he is a Chocolate Silver Birchen. The girls are nice too but he is more flashy. They are all friendly even though I was gone all summer. They remember me from growing up in my bathroom I guess.

Oh yeah did I mention he’s supposed to be a bantam? I’m not sure how big Orps are but he is giant next to my silkie. I might have to put him and his girls in their own coop because I have duccle , and two tiny hens that he is trying to mate with. He is bigger than my EE and I thought she was a full size chicken.
