My muscovy hatched some chicks! *PICS*

    Today was day 20 and I went out to feed the animals and this is what I saw:

    There were four little easter eggers in total, which I removed and put in a brooder. They were all FAT. Is this because of extra humidity from being hatched under a duck? The roo was an EE, the hens were either EE, Leghorn, Barred rock, or silver-laced wyandotte.

    I'm an urban chicken person (1/5 acre city lot), since I'm not allowed to have roosters (these eggs came from a friend) these are the first eggs I've hatched under an animal, instead of in the incubator. I'm pretty darn excited.

    They are so cute! Thats amazing, I didn't know you could use muscovys to hatch eggs. Congrats on your new babies.
