    Someone gave this hen to my daughter. Any idea what breed she is?

    Doesn't look familiar to me. Probably a mixed breed or a rare breed that I am unaware of.

    Crossbred. Possibly Cochin Bantam/Silver Phoenix Bantam cross. Pretty lil thing!

    this is kind of what I was wondering, also.

    You don't see feathered feet with the long tail like that as a rule. She's likely a mix of mixes, but what a beauty!

    How come no one gives me pretty hens like that [​IMG]

    @donrae Someone picked up four of my roosters this morning. He had quite a few other chickens on the backback of his truck, and when I commented on that pretty hen, he decided my 2 year old daughter should have her very own chicken! My daughter named her Cinderella :)
