Hiya
I decided to make a tractor/coop thing. Now my silkies wont be in the area where my old chickens were(its sealed off there)
Generally it was easy to make
WHen I bought my cockatiel, and its HUGE HUGE cage, it came with a small-med sized stand for the cage. Of course, if the cage was on the stand, it would touch the ceiling.
SO I used the stand as a frame. The bottom of the stand has a small shelf that you can put bird supplies on.
All I did was screwed on some wood from my old coop, onto the frame(stand). THen I pushed in a large rabbit cage. ANd its done!
Yes its bad, but its good enough for a pair/trio of silkies, since they'll spend most of the day free ranging.
