My new hens

[first time farmer]

I got 12 hens from an old farmer who could no longer take care of his flock(He has alztimers). I kept 7 and gave 4 to one of my friends who lost her flock to a fox last week. Anyway The old farmer had two roosters a white rock and a barred rock. Most of the hens have bare backs and their vents were plucked. Will their feathers grow back?
